Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Order processing times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, order volume, product availability, payment verification, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are generally 6 to 9 days after an order has been processed, depending on the delivery destination and other relevant factors.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless otherwise required by applicable law. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures where applicable, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible customers may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Gonovate offers a 30-day return period for eligible items, subject to the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.

This commercial return policy does not limit any mandatory statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.

Consumers purchasing eligible goods through a distance contract may also have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable Italian and European consumer protection law.

Italian Consumer Protection Law

Consumer purchases made through this website are subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Italy.

In particular, where applicable, consumer relationships are governed by the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Decreto Legislativo 6 settembre 2005, n. 206).

Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Our 30-day commercial return policy is intended to provide additional flexibility for eligible purchases and does not replace or limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.

In particular, consumer contracts are subject to the mandatory provisions of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Decreto Legislativo 6 settembre 2005, n. 206), together with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

Where mandatory consumer protection rules provide greater protection or specific jurisdiction rights to consumers, those mandatory provisions will prevail.
